Where’s my stuff?

If your order shows it was delivered but you haven’t gotten it, it could still be at your carrier’s local delivery hub in your neighborhood. Please be aware that your order may be delivered in your absence at the discretion of the delivery driver. Once the courier certifies delivery, we are not responsible for products that are lost or stolen.

All our products are hademade. It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
