Return & Refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we apologize if you aren’t. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange or return it if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging, with all product labels included.
- All items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
For orders, all exchanges and refunds must be requested within 3 days of the invoice date. For overseas deliveries, however, all return requests must be made entirely online at [email protected] Allowing customers to submit a return request within 7 days of signing the receipt.
We’ll email you once your return has been received and reviewed to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorized, your refund will be given within one week to the original payment method.
The original order’s shipping expenses are non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
